Compensation starts at $400,000 base and reaches $650,000+ for a PhD grad + PnL carry and bonuses. Role is on-site across New York, or Miami
Role Includes:
Build and refine production-grade signal and factor mode
Develop ML-driven approaches to forecast price behavior and market microstructure
Work directly alongside PMs and Quant Dev in a lean, high-output team
Must Have
Buy-side internship experience in research, development, or execution
Signals in production, you've seen your work trade live
Background in mathematics, statistics, CS, physics, or engineer
