A fast-growing, venture-backed technology company is hiring a Software Engineer (AI / Applied Systems) to build AI-powered systems that automate complex, data-heavy workflows in real-world environments. This is a highly technical role working across product and infrastructure to design systems that transform fragmented, manual processes into scalable, intelligent automation.
What You'll Do:
Build end-to-end AI-driven systems that automate multi-step workflows across unstructured, real-world data
Design and ship production software that handles large-scale, messy, and high-variability inputa Work across backend systems, data pipelines, and applied AI components to improve reliability and performance
Partner closely with users and internal teams to iterate quickly and ship impactful features
What You Bring:
Experience shipping production software end-to-end
Strong backend or full-stack engineering skills (Python preferred)
Interest or experience working with LLMs, AI agents, or applied machine learning systems
Strong systems thinking and ability to work through ambiguous, complex problems
Comfort working in fast-moving environments with high ownership
