We are currently partnering with one of the industries most respected systematic equities trading and research platforms in New York City. The business trades billions of dollars each day, combining mathematics, computer science and economic principles to identify and capitalize on market inefficiencies. This firm is willing to wait up to 24 months for a non-compete.
Within this role you would be a part of a small, highly selective team conducting novel research and develop new ML methodologies for quantitative investing.
Role: Quantitative Researcher
Essential Requirements:
Must have a h-index of at least 10.
Previous experience in 0-1 buildouts of greenfield models (Ideally, trying to predict financial markets).
Bachelors, Masters, or PhDs in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar fields.
Proficiency in Python and C++
Beneficial Experience Preferred:
ML research including deep learning.
Compensation: Up to $3M TC
