We are working with a NYC-based fund that is targeting a Engineering Lead to look after a team of 6¬ direct reports, rising to 15 by the close of 2027.
Positions will be hybrid (2-4 days on-site per week) & will be leading efforts in Python software engineering, working closely with Data & Infrastructure divisions.
Comp:
Our client is looking at offering $700,000-950,000 TC for this. They will also offer make-whole payments on bonuses that you may be owed this year.
