What You'll Do
• Define the company's technical vision, architecture, and engineering strategy
• Build and scale the engineering organization while remaining hands-on with development
• Lead the design of AI-powered document intelligence, workflow automation, and enterprise data platforms
• Partner directly with enterprise customers to solve complex technical and product challenges
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-caliber engineering team
What You Bring
• Experience building products from 0→1 in a startup or high-growth environment
• Current or previous CTO, Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, or senior engineering leader with deep technical expertise
• Hands-on experience building production systems with Python, TypeScript/React (Go is a plus)
• Proven experience leading technical architecture, engineering strategy, and team growth
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance executive leadership and hands-on engineering
